Linea is a numerical software component for Linear Algebraic computations. Linear Algebra has a wide range of applications from natural sciences to social sciences such as physics, chemistry, biology, finance, image processing, digital signal processing, data mining and many more.

Linea is based on the base scinet libraries, and m-Base. It supports linear algebraic computations on n-dimensional vectors and matrices with real and/or complex data, decomposition of matrices, eigenvalue problems, singular value problems and solutions to systems of simultaneous linear equations.
